Your orders will be sent as insured by Cargo.

In case you are not at the specified address, your order will be delivered to the nearest Cargo branch and an information note will be left to you.

You must get your package from the specified branch within 3 days. Otherwise your order will be returned to Civan Beekeeping.

Can my billing address and delivery address be different?

You can submit your delivery and billing information differently during your order from www.civan.com.tr. You can easily change your billing and delivery address from the payment page when ordering, define different delivery addresses and use them for future purchases.

You can send the invoice to the delivery address of the person from whom you received the gift from your order.
